Looking for a relaxing and enjoyable way to start your week? Give our Tai Chi classes a go! Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that helps you feel calm and energised. Our instructor, Carol from Wild Horse Tai Chi, is brilliant at teaching everyone, whether you’re a beginner or have practised Tai Chi before.
